Multi-Seal

Waterborne, acrylic clear sealer, conditioner, and primer designed for use on interior and exterior wall and floor surfaces. This premium quality coating provides excellent adhesion over new, aged, and damaged surfaces. The low viscosity formula quickly penetrates surfaces creating a tight seal that reduces preparation and application time.

Multi-Seal can be used across a wide variety of projects including sealing and conditioning new concrete and stucco, priming and adhering to dusty and chalky surfaces, repairing torn drywall, sealing floors, topcoating previous coatings for added durability and sheen, and much more. Multi-Seal can be painted over with most conventional and elastomeric coatings or left as a clear topcoat on its own.
