Graffiti Removal Instructions for Permashield Premium Treated Surfaces:
• Make sure to use the proper personal protective equipment (ex. gloves and a respirator mask).
• Protect the base of the wall using cardboard, tarps, etc. in order to avoid damaging the floor.
• Ideally remove graffiti within the first 24 hours so it doesn’t cure.
• To remove graffiti we recommend using a nylon bristle type brush to scrub the solution into the surface as well as a towel to catch the runoff.
• The Citrus Clean Super is the only cleaning solution recommended for removing stains off of Permashield Premium.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning brushes that may damage the Permashield Premium.
• To remove graffiti spray the Citrus Clean Super over the stain and let it sit for 1 -2 minutes (depending on the type, thickness and age of the graffiti).
• Do not let the Citrus Clean dry on the surface.
• Then take the brush and start working the Citrus Clean Super into the spray paint. Spray more solution if needed in order to keep the area wet while scrubbing. In between spraying, wipe the surface clean to remove excess paint.
• Once the paint is completely removed, treat the area thoroughly with water to neutralize the cleaner.
• Do not neutralize the surface until the graffiti is completely removed.
