100% solids epoxy primer designed for use on interior and exterior concrete floor surfaces with a high moisture content. This high performance primer creates a barrier to stop moisture vapor from traveling through the substrate and negatively impacting the surface coatings. The low viscosity formula promotes deep penetration into the concrete sealing and blocking moisture for a long lasting topcoat application. Monochem Moisture Vapor Barrier also has a low odor that minimizes down time in occupied spaces. Available in a clear, high-gloss that can be topcoated with most high performance floor coating systems.
